Through notifications
2012-106 and
2012-118, Parties were invited to submit information on the following topics to the Executive Secretary in preparation for the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties:
- Steps taken towards ratification and implementation of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization
- Additional issues that may need to be addressed in preparation for the first meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Nagoya Protocol (COP-MOP)
