COP 11 Side-Events

Side events are organized at the margin of major official meetings with a view to sharing experiences and increasing opportunities for informal dialogue among the meetings’ participants. They are typically scheduled at lunch time (13:15) or evening (18:15) and have a maximum duration of 1.5 hour.

The side-event registration for COP 11 was closed on 1 August 2012. Due to the fact the Secretariat has received more requests for side events than available time slots, some adjustments had to be made to accommodate as many organizers as possible.
