Guinea-Bissau and Nigeria signed the Nagoya – Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress on 1 February 2012. This brings the total number of signatories to 45.
Chad signed the Nagoya – Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress on 30 January and Ukraine signed on 31 Janaury. This brings the total number of signatories to 43.
