The Conservation Grade is a sustainability protocol implemented by farmers in return for a contracted premium price for their crop. They prescribe to the creation and maintenance of wildlife habitats, creation of a Farm Environment Plan, certain production requirements, and pesticide restrictions.

Additionally, the EPs are primarily intended to provide a minimum standard for due diligence to support responsible risk decision-making.
