Argentina celebrated the day in a meeting held at the Secretary for the Environment with the presence of Public Authorities, Provinces, NGOs, Entrepreneurs, Stakeholders and Press, in which the Earth Charter was presented Principles of the Charter were developed by: Lic. Antonio Brailovsky (Respect of Life Community), Dr. Jorge Morello (Ecologic Integrity), Lic. Yolanda Ortiz (Economic and Social Justice) and Dr. Nestor Cafferatta (Democracie, Peace and Non Violence).
A "Support Declaration" was signed and will be presented at the WSSD in Johannesburg.
