As a Youth-United Nation Global Alliance volunteer U.S.B. distributed messages about the YUNGA Biological Diversity Challenge to some schools where there were informal environment activities and programmes, and to NGOs interested in children's education on environment. Ankara TEMA volunteer meeting, 21 May 2014 12.00-14.00
During their weekly meeting, TEMA Volunteers celebrated the International Day for Biological Diversity with a lecture by Ankara TEMA representative Ms. Mukadder Ekremoğlu, stressing the importance of endangered species in Turkey. At the end of her talk, more ideas and information presented by audience of TEMA volunteers. U. Savas B. commented on the Youth United Nations Global Alliance Environmental Challenges focusing on the Biological Diversity Challenge and added application of this work to a preschool student group, inviting all members to participate in this work.
