Mexico's Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat) spokesperson Juan Jose Guerra Abud announced Wednesday that the Conference of the Parties-13 will be celebrated at the end of 2016 in the coastal city of Los Cabos, in Baja California.
