QUEZON CITY, July 26 -- The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is partnering with an international conservation group to draw up a blueprint for biodiversity conservation and sustainable development of the Tañon Strait Protected Seascape (TSPS) in Central Visayas.
