With reference to the Meeting of the Interregional Negotiating Group (ING) on Access and Benefit-sharing, the Secretariat is pleased to circulate herewith a scenario note from the Co-Chairs of the Working Group on ABS, Mr. Timothy Hodges and Mr. Fernando Casas, the purpose of which is to provide informally and in advance of pre-meeting consultations, an outline and associated rationale for the workflow during the meeting.
