The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary to the Convention on Biological Diversity, has advised that certified true copies of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Nagoya, 29 October 2010) in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish are now available for download on the UN Treaty Section’s website.
