The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, has finalized the authentication and preparation of certified copies of the Nagoya – Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (Nagoya, 15 October 2010) in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
