Following the opening for signature of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization on 2 February 2011, I am pleased to inform you that the following six countries have signed: Colombia, Yemen, Algeria, Brazil, Mexico and Rwanda.
