In partnership with Japan as the President of the tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties, I am pleased to inform you that the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) in collaboration with the Secretariat of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA), is organizing a ministerial breakfast briefing on the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization.
