I am very pleased to inform you that on the occasion of the second high-level retreat of the members of the Liaison Group of the Biodiversity-related Conventions (BLG), held in Bogis-Bossey, Switzerland, on 4 September 2011, the members of the BLG adopted and signed the Modus Operandi which will be sent to the Conference of the Parties (COP) of the respective members.
