Ninth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing (WG ABS 9)

The goal of this event will be to talk about provisions needed to ensure that traditional knowledge associated to natural resources is protected under ABS. Concrete examples will be provided and indigenous models will be used to exemplified the need to protect traditional knowledge using indigenous models, and current case studies.
