During the side-event, international scientists will present their recent findings on GE crops risk research covering aspects from the level of organisms to landscapes. The session integrates the different disciplines and approaches into the concept of assessing the "systemic risks" (OECD 2003, Renn & Klinke 2004) of developing and growing GE crops.
