Fourth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Review of Implementation of the Convention

IUCN knowledge products, including the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species, contribute significantly to supporting the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Biodiversity including through monitoring the status of biodiversity and developing indicators to measure progress. IUCN will highlight, through the use of some specific examples, how IUCN datasets and knowledge are providing an important scientific basis for the implementation of the Aichi Biodiversity Targets and the Strategic Plan as a whole.
