Depletion of Agrodiversity has reduced the food basket available for the community. This had serious impacts on the food security and nutritional security of the people. With changing climate the risk of crop failures are increasing. There is urgent need to bring back agrodiversity into the centre stage to ensure food and nutritional security. On the International Food Day, the event will focus on how biodiversity and food security are interlinked and its important to conserve biodiversity.
