Seventeenth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice

The proposed IPBES work programme, developed by the IPBES Multidisciplinary Expert Panel and Bureau will be presented by the IPBES interim secretariat, in support of SBSTTA-17 agenda items 5 and 7. The draft work programme builds on the input received from CBD, and from governments and other stakeholders, and has been subject to open review during 2013. The draft work programme will be considered by the IPBES Plenary when it meets 9-14 December 2013 in Antalya, Turkey, together with a report on how the requests made have been addressed within the draft work programme.
