A working-level meeting for sub-national governments on the establishment and implementation of the Local Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (LBSAP) geared towards reinforcing the ground for local biodiversity policies in the CBD COP12 participating countries, and providing measures to link the third National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plan (NBSAP) with the LBSAP of Korea.
