The American BioIndustry Alliance takes seriously the issue of the equitable sharing of benefits related to genetic resource (GR) inventions and related traditional knowledge (TK). This panel will explore alternatives to the conventional wisdom on GR and TK to explore practical, meaningful alternatives that will provide the necessary incentives to generate benifits on a mutual and sustainable basis.
