Message from Dr. Ahmed Djoghlaf, Executive Secretary of the Convention on Biological Diversity, on the Occasion of the Tenth Anniversary of the Entry into Force of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, 26 December, 2006

It is with great pleasure that I extend my congratulations to you and your staff, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the entry into force of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), for the many achievements of the past 10 years.
