Island Bright Spots Exchanging innovations and successes

The event will open with a plenary speech by the Executive Secretary of the CBD and a high level representative of an island Party. Innovative facilitation techniques will be used to focus on a selection of island bright spots and determine how these can be brought to scale.

This high level event will celebrate significant island initiatives and commitments made to island conservation and sustainable livelihoods by island Parties, Parties with islands and island supporters.
