Effectively reduce the climate change vulnerability of local communities located within or nearby mangrove and wetland protected areas by 1) financing the restoration and conservation through payments for environmental services, 2) by producing verifiable benefits to local and indigenous coastal communities and 3) by implementing a pilot project to inform National Climate Mitigation Strategy.
