| Abstract |
A number of areas have recently been identified through various projects as important biodiversity hotspots that harbour a number of species of fauna and flora and face various threats including inappropriate development, invasive species and species removal. The objective of this project is to designate one new area as a national park and to manage this along with an existing national park in a manner that addresses these threats and begin the process of establishing a system of protected areas in Antigua and Barbuda. |
