BIOFUND Mozambique is an independent environmental Foundation which aims to support the conservation of aquatic and terrestrial biodiversity and the sustainable use of natural resources, including the consolidation of the national system of conservation areas.
The present project is a plan to capitalize the BIOFUND so as to be able to provide 30% of the operating costs of the Protected Area network in Mozambique. The project sets out the ambitious ten-year fundraising target of 100 million USD. |
