As a follow-up to Notification 2010-133 of 7 July 2010, I wish to remind Parties that, in accordance with rule 18, credentials of representatives and the names of alternate representatives and advisers shall be submitted to the Executive Secretary, if possible not later than twenty-four hours after the opening of the meeting.

The Nagoya Congress Center (NCC) will be temporary closed on Sunday 10 October 2010 from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m., to allow for a security check. During this period, all participants to the meetings, including media, are not allowed to enter or/and stay in the NCC. Participants are kindly requested not to hold meetings or any activity in the NCC during this period.
