First Conference on the Law of Expopriation in the Wake of Biofuel Search in Cameroon

The Cameroon forests remain one of the remaining rainforests within the Congo Basin and is fast disappearing due to the search of Biofuels by industrialized nations, converting these forests into agro-industrial plantations of palm oil. The Conference will bring stakeholders involved in International and National decisions to discuss and oversee the challenges faced by these communities and a way forward to mitigate climate change adaptation challenges. Conference will be to empower these communities be part of decisions affecting their daily lives and to be part and parcel of every step towards their future as its not the case as of now. Conference will invite papers for speaking and posters which addresses the various challenges and a way forward for sustainability and green economy. Conference will at the end propose options to the various challenges within these communities.
