This exhibition featured National Experiences with the Implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety.
It presented one best practice and lesson learned from each region in implementing the Cartagena Protocol, including raising awareness of and mainstreaming biosafety into other sectors over the last 10 years. Some of the key sub-topics included:

- Best practices and experiences in implementing Article 23 on public awareness, education and participation, including access to information, of the Cartagena Protocol and the programme of work on public awareness, education and participation concerning LMOs.
- Experiences with the use of the Biosafety Clearing-House (BCH).
