National Celebrations, opening the “Hela Bojun Hala”(Traditional Sri Lankan Food Court) at premises of Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Agriculture at Battaramulla, about 18 kilometers away from capital Colombo. Ten stalls of traditional food were prepared using raw food materials from local indigenous crops. Visitors a were able to try the food and buy it. Sri Lanka is home to great repository of traditional cuisine stemming from the experiences of loving grandmas depicting the real tastes of nature.
