UNITED NATIONS, June 8 (Xinhua) -- UN Deputy Secretary-General Jan Eliasson on Monday highlighted the need for new sustainable development goals which are universal, people-centered and cross- cutting at the ECOSOC commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the World Summit for Social Development.
