As the sun begins to set on the United Nations’ 15-year Millennium Development Goals, the international development community is rallying around a set of new Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”) to be decided at this year’s UN General Assembly, as well as a financial framework that will guide how to fund and finance those goals.
