NEW YORK - As world leaders meet to commit to a new, global climate change agreement, UN Development Programme (UNDP) chief Helen Clark heads to Paris to join calls for an ambitious agreement that results in concrete actions to reduce emissions and limit temperature rise to well below two degrees Celsius.
