COP21: in Paris, Ban calls on civil society to keep their governments accountable

10 December 2015 – Meeting with civil society groups today at the United Nations climate change conference (COP21), UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said he counts on these groups to help keep governments accountable, so they implement what they have committed to in words.
