On December 4, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (SCBD) (1) of the United Nations at the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP 21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris, France.
