The arrival of at least 12 migratory bird species in the last two months in Basai wetlands has raised hopes among birders.Whiskered tern, green sandpiper, plovers, Siberian stonechat, little stint, red shank, black-tailed godwit, Blyth's reed warbler, gargany duck, wood sandpiper, green sandpiper and barn swallow are some of the migratory species spotted in Basai in the last two months.
