Ever wondered what an Arctic char does all day, hanging out beneath the waves? A British Columbia-based ocean education group made it possible to see what goes on in the Arctic’s underwater world Aug. 27 when it sent a diver and a video camera into chilly 6 C waters near the north dock area in Cambridge Bay.
