BRIDGETOWN, Barbados (CMC) — Small island developing states (SIDS) like those in the Caribbean have the capacity to find solutions and rebound from the effects of climate change through resilience building, says Minister of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy Kirk Humphrey.
