It’s our responsibility to protect endangered sharks: ESO

MUSCAT The Sultanate is party to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) and is under international obligation to protect the world’s most threatened shark species such as the oceanic whitetip and porbeagle, three types of hammerhead sharks and two manta ray species, according to the Environment Society of Oman (ESO).
