The Secretariat issues this further notification in accordance with the guidance of the COP-MOP Bureau to kindly remind Parties, other Governments, relevant intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders, who have not yet done so, to kindly submit, preferably before 15 February 2008, their views by responding to the questionnaire in order to assist the Secretariat in its preparations for the fourth meeting of the COP-MOP. A copy of the questionnaire is attached herewith for your ease of reference.
