Please refer to my notification of 28 January 2008, Ref.: SCBD/BS/MPDM/ABw/61934 , regarding the Asia Sub-Regional Workshop on Capacity-Building and Exchange of Experiences on Risk Assessment and Risk Management of Living Modified Organisms, which was scheduled to take place from 27 to 29 February 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Government of Malaysia, the host of the workshop, has requested its postponement.
