I have the honour to refer to Notifications 2007 124 and 2007-125 dated 23 October 2007 conveying the invitation to participate in the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, which will be held respectively in Bonn, Germany, from 12-16 May and 19-30 May 2008.
