The Secretariat would like to inform delegates attending the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (COP-MOP 4), being held in Bonn, Germany, from 12-16 May 2008, that pre-registration of delegates will be transferred from our offices in Montreal to the on-site location of the COP-MOP 4 on Tuesday, 6 May, 2008.
