The Secretariat would like to inform delegates attending the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 9) being held in Bonn, Germany, from 19-30 May 2008, that pre-registration of delegates will be transferred from our offices in Montreal to the on-site location of the COP 9 on Monday, 12 May, 2008.
