Reference is made to my earlier notifications with respect to the submission of first regular national reports as called for in the relevant decisions of the Parties to the Protocol made in accordance with Article 33 of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety on monitoring and reporting. I would like to draw your attention to my last reminder in this regard (Notification no.
