After consideration of nominations received by the Secretariat and in close collaboration with co-organisers (the United Nations University’s Traditional Knowledge Initiative, UNU-TKI, and Tebtebba, Indigenous Peoples’ International Centre for Policy Research and Education), I am pleased to inform indigenous and local communities that the selection of representatives to receive financial assistance in support of their participation in the above-mentioned meeting has been completed.
