I am pleased to inform you that the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity is organizing a regional training of trainers’ workshop on the identification and documentation of living modified organisms. The workshop will be held at the Laboratoire de Biologie Moléculaire Appliquée (LBMA), University of Bamako, Bamako, Mali, from 14 to 18 September 2009.
