This is with reference to notification 2009-045 dated 1 May 2009 regarding the expert workshop on the removal and mitigation of perverse and the promotion of positive incentive measures. The Secretariat has been informed by several governments that they are still in the process of selecting suitable experts for nomination. I am therefore pleased to extend the deadline for the nomination of experts to 31 July 2009.
