I have the honour to inform you that, at the invitation of the Government of Japan, the tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 10) will be held in Nagoya, Japan from 18 – 29 October 2010. The High Level Segment will be held from 27 – 29 October 2010.
