I am pleased to share with you the list of sponsored experts for the Asia-Pacific Regional Consultation and Capacity Building Workshop on REDD-plus, Including on Relevant Biodiversity Safeguards. The selection of experts was conducted in accordance with established procedures and with particular attention to geographical and gender balance. Additional experts will be selected from the full list of nominees if additional funds become available. For this purpose the deadline for Parties who have not submitted nominations yet has been extended to 23 February 2011.
